For the benefit of the uninitiated, Paperchases are waste paper collections in the Crumpsall district of Manchester. They take place about every fifth Saturday and, being our principal source of income, are very important. They start at about 9.30am and usually finish by 3pm unless we are very short-handed. A fish & chip lunch is provided, partly-subsidised by WRG. Contact David McCarthy, at whose house they are based ("Woodstock", 14 Crumpsall Lane, Manchester 8).
